    Dear Friend,

Congratulations to you for getting new job offer.

You cannot leave your new job so you need to think in only one way here and that is to somehow get the relieving letter from your present company.

    You may try following things:

    1. Talk to the HR department and try to convince them,
    2. try to take help from your boss if required
    3. Take help from friends and if required
    4. use whatever contact you have in the present company

But, make sure you don't spoil your good relations in the due process. You should always leave a good impression before leaving the company and explain your colleagues about the work you are doing so that they can take it over from you when you leave the company.

I am sure you will get it cleared. In case, you don't succeed in getting the relieving letter then also no need to worry. Simply resign and join the new company. If the new company is ready to recruit you, you don't really need any relieving letter from the present company.

    All the best.
    Thank you.
