Working very hard for the interviews but without any surety of getting the job

I am preparing for my various job interviews which are lined up for the next month. I am really working very hard but my friends have told me that even if I work very hard for the interviews, there is still no surety that I will get a job. I don't think this is fair and am tense right now. Please suggest me a way to surely get a job.

    Hello..

Oho! Leave your friends , who cannot support you.
Working hard for interview is good, but on what you should work hard is matters a lot .. let me suggest you some points .Friend, in interview your educational background matters but only 30 % and other things 70% , and what are that other things..

    1. You management skills.
    2. Team work.
    3. Confidence.
    4. Leadership Quality.
    5. Speaking Skills.
    6. Problem handling quality.

Focus on these points more, then you will surely crack your interview. Have faith in yourself.
    thanks.
