Working on two contracts simultaneously for different organisations

Contract basis employees work differently from regular employees. But alike regular employees can contract based employees work simultaneously on two or more contracts of different organisations? Please guide with the norms.

    Hello..

Being a contractor is not a easy work, but yes if you can handle your clients and can manage your work you can surely handle two or more contracts of different contracts. Organisation just wants you to give that much result as they want, and nothing else. But if they found their work hampering , they will surely want you , not to involve in other projects.
So I simply say you that if you can manage all of your work , you can do two or more projects at a time, but maintain the quality of your work.

    Thanks.

It depends what type of contract you have signed with the company, that is what are the terms and conditions of the company for hiring you.

If you don't have any such terms and conditions to follow than you can easily take on other projects.

Unlike regular employees, unless and until specified you won't be having any problem.

But if you take any extra projects, first make it clear to yourself that you can complete both the projects with in time maintaining the quality of the project.

As it will effect your reputation and chances of getting new projects.
