Is this a wise decision to adopt a dead NGO?

I am very much interested in social work and want to establish an NGO. I have heard that an NGO should be 3 years old to apply for any project at Central and State Government. I want to relive a dead NGO. Is this a right decision? Guide for the same.

    Hi

this is very much great things you decided to do.

yah for approval you have three years old NGO.

So if you have confidence then go for taking a dead NGO

    and work on it.

their is lots of people around you who will ready to help you out .

    best luck.
