    Will it be right to question boss for choosing a non-deserving employee for the best performer?

    I work in a private company. We have a policy in which every month the best performing employee is given some incentives. For the last month,the boss has chosen an employee who is undeserving. Will it be right to question boss regarding this issue since this thought is possessed by many employees?

    hi,
    well you must not do this. this will lead you in trouble. how come you dare think that the person he choose is undeserving. you can not question his decisions . he knows much more that you that is why he is your boss. you should concentrate on your work rather than thinking about crap like this. you must focus on work so that next time you may get the incentives.

    Dear Aspirant,

    Really,this should not happen,because such action demorlizes the real deserving candidates,but in practical,it is happening.If your boss has really done partiality in choosing the employee for said purpose,he must be asked on what ground the concerned employee has been selected for the best performing award,but not by a single employee like you.The question should be asked by majority of the employees,then only it will be effective otherwise you may be harassed by the management.

    So first of all think what is the possibility.If you are able to get support from rest of the employees,then you should move ahead otherwise content yourself & be happy.Try to build up a good relation with your boss so that you may also be selected for the purpose said above in future.

    See friend, this is a monthly job, You should not worry about that too much. You should concentrate on your work more rather than creating such issues. These kind of activities are generally kept only to create a healthy competition among the employees so that they all give their best outputs and company can gain maximum through them. creating a issue out of this you will eventually create a problem for yourself only and hence the there will be a bitterness in the environment of the office too. I'd suggest you to let it go

    Dear you should not do this mistake ever in your life because whatever you think that is fine but you do not have enough idea that what your boss think about the performance of the employee in the company and this is monthly system not an yearly and in this system, each one will get the chance to prove themselves and you should think about this opportunity and wait for next month

    If you think that boss has selected a wrong one then you are wrong because your boss is more experienced than you and he know what is right for the company and finally your boss is checking the entire work of every single employee then what do you know the work of that person who have been selected for best performer so just keep quite and think about your chance that you will also get incentives in the next month and you will not get if you will be continue on your way of complaining others and finding fault in the work of any other employee, you will get it on the basis of your working performance and provide better result so that you should focus on your performance and think about incentives
