Will it be a problem if I am not good at giving spontaneous common sense answers in interviews but good at learning?

I am very slow in thought process of giving spontaneous answers while communicating someone in general as well as during any interviews. Will this create a big problem in my career aspect as in spite of being an excellent performer I am unable to get rid of my above problem?

Being an HR I am asked to investigate into new recruitments personal profiles so that no doubted record found behind his/her career as well as in personal life. Is this permitable in profession that an employer can do this legally without making any knowledge to the joiner?

    Hi buddy

You should not worry about such things and rather concentrate on your positive points and overcome your shortcomings as much as you can. If you are not spontaneous during your interviews or communicating with someone in general, then you should try to overcome this problem in one way or the other. But even if you cant overcome it, as mostly such problems are inherent and thus you cant do much to change them, you should not worry as it will not affect your future that much. With your knowledge and hard work you can certainly perform well in interviews even if you aren't spontaneous.

So friend if you have tried and are not able to overcome this problem, then you should try to make your positive points even more stronger which is the only way to counteract this problem. Improve on your subject matter and the learning part. As you are an excellent performer, your knowledge would be definitely awesome. So try and maintain it at that level or even increase it as much as you can. This will help you to counteract the spontaneity part. Also be more alert and try to think about the answers in a logical way if you havent prepared them before.

So friend if you follow my points I am sure you will be able to get over this problem of yours. Also dont fret too much over it as it is not good for you. With your intelligence , dedication and hard work, I am sure you will overcome any obstacle and certainly do well in your interviews. Hope you get a great job.

    Good luck buddy

    Hello !!

giving spontaneous answers shows that how much you are having your presence of mind with you.
it shows that how fast you can take any personal decision and at good level.
so if you see it from professional point of view than the process of giving spontaneous answers while communicating someone in general as well as during any interviews are necessary.
because the HR or the interviewer measures you on this scale too.

so,it will not create much problem but it also don't mean that you will be safe without having this skill.
so you need to develop it.

and let me tell you that this is the weakness you are having with you in your performance.

about 60 to 70 percent of the people are judged from their personal aspects only, and then after their talent, intelligence and all other qualities are measured.
so personal things are the first priority.

yes getting aware about the interviewing candidate you can have look to their personal life, and ofcourse this is permitable
profession that an employer can do this legally without making any knowledge to the joiner.

being practical is more mandatory than being theoretical.
so, never ever thought of getting opurtunities without being practical.

if you are not good at your practical than try to inprove it.
and do keep in mind the average student always rock !!!

IIT Kharagpur students get placed in facebook and microsoft who were average in study.

so,dont fear from anything ,just have guts to fight from all the difficulties.

hope i am clear to you.
    thanks for posting.

    Hi friend,
    Here comes:::
What three historical figures would you invite to dinner and why? How To Answer: If you're asked a real off-the-wall question like this, the one thing you must do is remain calm. "When an interviewer asks you a bizarre or oddball question, they're typically looking to see how well you think on your feet. Often, there is no 'correct' answer to what they're asking...This is often your chance to incorporate a little humor into your answer or show your personality -- so try not to stress too much about being 'right,'"
    THANK YOU...

    Hi,

Friend, you need to overcome this problem as soon as possible in order to succeed in life.
By asking absurd questions, the interview panel tries to check how you face the question and handle the situation.
A common question that they ask- " Have you gone to the jail?If not, then would you like to go in the future?"
So such questions are asked in order to see and observe your reaction.
Obviously, the candidates will be some what surprised on hearing such a question.
But still you need to answer such question in a logical way.
They want to recruit such candidates that do not panic when an absurd situation arise.
Instead, they should take a step as quickly as possible.
The best way to tackle such hypothetical questions is to put a smile on your face and answer in a polite manner.
You immediately get to know that the interviewer is just trying to have fun with you by asking such questions.
So always keep a smile on your face and then answer whatever logically comes to your mind!

    Bye!

    Hey!
First of all you should feel confident about the fact that you are a good performer. Every person does have certain shortcomings and that is what that person needs to improvise on. You need to constantly strive towards overcoming this shortcoming of yours because this will definitely be a hurdle for you while you sit for your interviews. During an interview what is required is that the person is quick witted and is sharp enough to think through the situation.

With due respect to your shortcoming I feel that regular exercise can make you an active person and that will also help you to be spontaneous in answering random questions. You need to be a good listener. You should communicate with people in english and try to comprehend what they are saying. Practice makes a man perfect. The more you listen to people and the more you try to comprehend the situation orally the better it will be for you. It will help you during the interviews when your sharpness is checked.

You should also read a lot. Newspapers and some good magazines can be really helpful to you. They will help you develop your spontaneity and make you feel confident. Listening to good talk shows or english news channels can also help you develop your skills. It is a slow process and will take time but slowly and steadily you will start noticing an improvement in yourself. You will feel confident in communicating with people and at the same time you develop the knack of answering questions within a minute. Your thought process will become quicker and you can do wonders. All the best for your future.

hello friendIt is so tough to get a good job being a fresher candidates.because this time your academic and personal interview are counted very high level so you should improve it for getting a good job.if you are not so good at your actually task than try to inprove it.So keep in mind that improving yourself is very common and mandatory.student always should attend their study's topic as well as communication, general awareness too. When a candidate complete the minimum years in company then he/she can get easily or switch the job.starting ladder is one of the most important step for future because this process brings opportunities in life.so don't ignore it and just concentrate on improving practical knowledge too.thanks

    hello,
i think you should be confident enough to deal with different situations. your confidence only leads you to spontaneous answers . try to polish your strengths and try to minimize your weaknesses. doing this you will have confidence inn you and you'll be definitely able to give good spontaneous answers.
for this you should try to participate inn common activities all around. try to be extrovert and try to have contact with more and more peoples. by doing this you'll have more knowledge about surroundings and you'll increase your confidence.
    thank you.
