    Hi,

Your question is not clear about your arrear completed or still in pending .

Whether completed or not . You got almost nearly 3 years of Work Experience in IT and BPO Sector

Now you will be applying for TCS (BPO) job based on your Experience only rather than your Graduation eligibility

Hope that will not be a matter of fact now since you got this many years of experience

If not completed the arrear , complete your arrear by reapplying at the earliest

Then apply for the TCS Job , you will get a Higher postion and High Pay

    @@@@Thanks

    Hi,

--Acceptable Experience is in your Hand for Applying to TCS BPO--

--The only thing is you need to Complete your Arrear, if not yet Completed--

--Some Companies will not Look for your Educational Qualification unless you are Fresh to the Field--

--Once you gain some Relevant Experience, it is Considered Most in Many Companies--

--But in Case of TCS it is one of the Global IT Firms--

--Even though you have necessary Experience your Educational backlogs may be an Obstacle for getting the Job--

--So Finish up your Arrear & Apply Job in TCS--

    _)(_Thanks_)(_

    • Your's question remains Incomplete as you haven't mentioned thatthe backlog in mathematics is cleared or not.
    • Top IT companies will not recruit you if you have the backlog which is uncleared.
    • So you should as soon aspossible clear your backlog then you canapply for it.
    • Regarding your experience, it's very good and it will be a strongpoint in order to have the job.
    • As you know that TCS is an top company in IT sector, which hascertain eligibility criteria and they strictly follow the same.
    • So if you want to get the job in TCS bpo, then you must clear your arrear.
    • You may also apply in the smaller companies on the basis of yourexperience.
