Will my salary be deducted if I interpret wrong sales forecasts?

Being a general manager I have to send many reports to headquarters in which sales forecast report is an important one. By chance it has been my luck that till date I have made right forecasts but will my pay be affected if I sometime predict wrong?

    Hi,

Why this question arise...Pay is not related to the report yu send...
Human make mistakes...and your forecast can also have some wrong data, that means not that you ay will be deducted...

Prediction is not 100% accurate, if that mey be the case, then actal data will be replaced.....
Hence don't panic and do your job whole heartly.

Sir you are the General Manager of the company so that this is your responsibility to manage the entire team and offices of your area and when you have sent all previous reports correctly then you do not need to take tension about your work and if you will not be confident at your work then it may create problem for you and your position because you are higher than others and chief authorities have kept you to manage the work that is why any important or unimportant is the work for you and you have to full fill your duties on time and correctly and if you commit any mistake due to some unforeseen reasons and accept that you did the mistake then your pay will not be effected because you will commit your mistake but if you say that you did not do it then it may be negative for you and you may loose your image including a huge part of salary that is why you need to be sincere in your work and concentrate only on responsibilities whatever you have got from the higher authorities and try to perform best

    All the best

See as it is a forecast which can vary a little bit so you don't need to worry much.

As far as your pay is concerned till now you have been working fine so it should not happen if you do a mistake once a while.

This is human nature and sometimes errors can occur, you should not be stressed much.

Your management knows your value so they will treat you accordingly if you commit mistake.

So don't think of it much and let the thinking part be done by the management, you just remain concentrated on your work so that you don't commit

other mistakes as that can increase your problem much.
