    Will my presence be marked if I am pregnant but not performing in sales due to it?

    Being a female employee working in sales will I be considered if I come office regularly while I am pregnant but does not contribute in sales targets? Will I be getting my regular salary o I will be asked to sit at home for the above mentioned period?

    Hi friend

    If you are about 6 months pregnant, then you dont have to come to your job and can avail your maternity leave for your own benefit and for keeping good health. You will be paid for this duration of the maternity leave. According to the Maternity Benefits Act, you can avail maternity leave 3 months before and 3 months after your expected date of delivery and you will be paid for your absence during these 6 months.

    But in case you are less than 6 months pregnant, then you certainly have to come to your work if you want to get your pay. But if you have some health issues and think that you cant take that much stress then I think you better talk to your manager and can ask him that if you just come and dont contribute in sales targets, will you get your salary then ? Also you can take your other leaves like medical leaves or sick leaves. So dont worry much friend. Take good care of yourself and your baby. Eat good and extra. Have proper rest. I am sure your manager will help you out in this matter.

    Hello !!

    yes, if you are coming to the office and either you are contributing or not contributing in the business of the company your presence will be marked because you have given your specified time for the company, although you are pregnant.also you will be getting your regular salary till the date you worked for the company.
    and if the situation is somehow complex than you will be asked to take leave.
    also you too also knowing that when to take leave during pregnancy.

    but also don't take the advantage of your pregnancy, if you thinks that you can contribute to your company business than try your best.
    this will increase the sympathy of your company towards you.

    Dear Madam!

    Any company want business in any condition, If you are not able to give business for company there is no need such kind of employees for company. Whereas you are working in sales department and must need to give you business any situation. Otherwise company can terminate you without any reason any time in this situation. Please don't feel desire to expect any compensation from company during pregnancy time.

    Hi..................,

    Suggestions------>
    * If you are pregnant you must be given special relaxation in sale activity.
    * It depends how much period has been over.
    * Normally relaxation are given after 6 months of pregnancy.
    * So if you had achieved that level than ask for relaxation.
    * You can write a letter to HR department or to team leader.

    Hello Aspirant,

    It depends upon the nature of your reporting boss & man power in your section.If your reporting boss wants,he/she can give you some writing works which you can do well while sitting in the chair.There are many writing works in each & every section.It might be in need to make a compile report of sales done by the individual sales employees.

    You are also entitle to avail 12 weeks maternity leave,if you have worked minimum 80 days in current year.You can start availing this leave 6 weeks prior to your expected date of delivery & 6 weeks after the date of delivery.You have to apply it with a medical certificate in writing to your reporting boss/manager HR & get it sanctioned.Even if you are sanctioned,you can proceed on such leave after submitting your leave letter & gettinfg its acknowledgement.Your employer can not harm you in this regard because there is Maternity Benifit Act 1961 passed in parliament of the country.You will receive the full salary after your returning to your duty after availing such leave.

    So see your position & proceed further.

    Hi,

    See,the management keeps a track of the performance of each employee in the organization.
    They monitor the performance and then reward all the hard working employees with bonus and promotions.
    If you do not perform for whatever reasons,they will fire you from the job.
    So I will suggest you to take maternity leave instead of going to the office and not working.
    Don't worry about the income.
    You will receive the salary during this maternity leave.
    So instead letting your performance go down,it's better that you take leave from the work and then come back afresh.

    1)i will suggest you to take maternity leaves instead of going to the office and not working in the office

    2)in the origination they will you must show employees must be performed well

    3)basic is the discipline and performance

    4)if you do not perform for whatever reasons,they will fire you from the job

    5)do not worry you will receive salary during the maternity leaves
