Will my Pension be stucked if I have no Aadhar Card and I have left the job?

I have no idea about a clear picture of having an Aadhaar Card. My co-employees only discuss about this that having that is must to claim our pension amount. But if my retirement is near and I claim for my pension then will my employer stop my pension as I donít have an Aadhar Card at present time?

    Hi............,

As per new rules aadhar card is must for obtaining pension.
If you live in metro cities like Delhi, kolkata, chennai , Mumbai you need to have aadhar card.
And in other region you may apply soon as it is in process.
Thus you must apply for aadhar card.

    Thanks

    Hello,

According to new rules aadhar card is essential for getting pension. If you stay in any metro
then you need to have aadhar card as it is mandatory in metros to have aadhar card for pension.
You should apply for aadhar card immediately as the process takes time. Similalry if you stay in
other cities then you have to wait untill the opportunity arrives for new aadhar card.

    Bye,

First of all don't get worried as aadhar card is not a big thing to be made and government has made many arrangements for the fast processing of it by

opening center at various places in every city.

See as per rules the aadhar card has become mandatory for claiming pension, as through its number all the bank transactions will be done.

As it is a relatively new thing so it might be possible that the rules may take some time to come into effect at various places.

So it is better that you ask the authority about the changes that have been made to the procedure or not.

Also if you apply now the normal process takes around 3-4 months to get the same.

If you have that much time still left for the job than you don't need to worry about the process.
