Will I be terminated if I disqualify in a specific training?

I am working in an automobile industry as a sales consultant where the company asks us to attend a monthly training regarding product enhancement or others. There we have to first attend the trainings and then give the test related to trainings. It has not happened yet but I wanted to ask that if sometime someone fails in such tests then will that employee be terminated?

    Hi,

Failure in test might not ends up with termination.... If you are failed in the test after training...that will be consider that either you have not understand what the trainer trains or trainers are unable to under the trainees...

You will require more training if you fails in the test...there are a lot of employees who fails in the training...it does not mean that they are fired...

Don't be afraid and attend the training...this is good if you try to concentrate on the training rather than thinking regarding the test....

Ther are a lot of persons like you...be smart...
