Will I lose the savings of my PF Accounts from my two ex-employers? My next (new) employer will open a new PF account. So what should I do now?

I have applied to transfer Provident Fund from my two ex-employers to the Current Employer's PF account. The transfer is not yet complete and is in progress since over 2 months now. Meanwhile I am moving out of the Current company and will be joining soon another company in 2 weeks. I have couple of questions in this scenario
    1. Since I will be quitting my current employer in two weeks, will I lose the savings of my PF Accounts from my two ex-employers ? Should I be only qiutting after the PFs gets transferred to current employer Account.
    2. My next (new) employer will open a new PF account. So what should I do now ? Should I wait for the two previous PF accounts to get transferred to current employer and then apply for PF transfer to the new PF Account after I have joined. Will there be any taxes applied ?

Please help me with correct answers to above questions since it will help me in my decision to resign or stay back in current company and I want to ensure that do not lose harderned PF money.

    Thanks A Lot in Advance,
    SAK
