Why they have not mentioned the reason for my termination in the termination letter?

I just came to know that I am terminated from the company and I got the termination letter for it but it doesn’t have any reason mentioned there and they have just terminated me for no reason. What should I do now? Whom to contact for this issue? What should I do to get my job back?

    Hay Buddy..

I'm very sorry that you have been terminated from your company.. The HR should mention the cause of your termination in the letter given to you...
There must be some reason for your termination, May be they are not pleased in your work or may be you have done some mistake..
You may directly ask your HR the question, surely he will give you the reason for your termination....

    Thanking You!!!!

Hi friend .. I think there are a lot of layoffs happening in various companies now-a-days due to this period of recession. Many companies are also shutting down their various projects and thus leading to more terminations of employees involved in those projects. So maybe you have been the victim of such layoffs. But ofcourse whatever the reason, your company should have certainly mentioned the reason for your termination or atleast conveyed it to you. So you should certainly take some action in this matter and try to find out the reason for your termination. Also if you hadnt received any prior warning before then its certainly due to thr recession.

Firstly you must contact your HR and talk to him directly. Show him your termination letter and tell him there is no reason mentioned here for your termination. Ask him the reason for the same . Tell him you were not given any prior notice and this is not fair on their part to terminate you suddenly . Tell them to give you all the proper details otherwise you are going to take some action against them. I am sure your HR will help you out and give you the necessary details. If the reason is genuine then you complete the formalities and leave. If not then you tell them to give your job back otherwise file a case against them.

Dont be disheartened by such things. These happen to many as they are the part and parcel of our life. Keep your spirits up and you will certainly get another good job according to your worth. May you have a bright future.

    Good luck and God Bless
