Why some companies calculate salary without classifying Basic, TA, HRA etc.?

I work in a private company. My last company provides me the salary with all classification of Basic salary, Travel allowance, HRA etc. but this company gives the whole salary without any kind of classification. What is the difference?

    Dear Aspirant,

It depends upon the type of appointment.

If your appointment is on the contract basis, you won't get the salary slip with breakup details of your salary otherwise you must get it as you want.

If your appointment is not on the contract basis, you may request the manager HR/manager accounts to give you saliry slip with break up details.

Hope you will get it.though it depends upon the company policy.

    Thanks.

    Ashok

there are various reasons here your statement some companies calculate salary without basic/da/hra etc.

The reason is that those company's system differ with other due financial problem/status sometimes employer negotiate under package system no scale system is there.those company who pay salary scale wise of course as per usual custom they follow scale wise where details are mandatory.

Their scaly renewed time to time similarly package also renewable.

    Thank you,

    Dear Friend!

This is mostly happened with small firms or with new company that pay their employee's salary without any deduction. In other way, when you are working with any company on contract basis, there is no deduction in your salary and you get your hole salary whatever is mentioned your offer letter , they don't provide salary slip as a proof. if you are not working on contact basis and you want all the classification deduction from your salary, you may ask your company's HR for more details regarding this. Definitely you will get satisfied answer by them.
