    Hi,

It is not correct to assume that Resume is only required by experianced persons...

Many things are judged from the resume of a person....

That is why now a days there are professional resume writers... you have to understand that whether the resume contains only the experiance details...NO...

They can judge your many things through that resume...Resume is the first impression to the employer before appearing for the interview...

You have to maintain many things in the resume.. some examle is given below for reference:

[1] Letter Font and Font size
    [2] Bold, underline, normal etc.
    [3] Allignments
    [4] Box
    [5] Bullets
    [6] Line spacing

All these might be sound as very funny...but please understand a lot of resumes are rejected when all these are not taken care properly for the freshers resume...

    Good luck...

Re: Why is resume needed as a fresher?

This is a common problem and many of the fresh graduates like you face the same problem of preparing a resume for their professional career.

For understanding the necessity of the resume you must understand the meaning of it first.

The resume not only shows the experience you have, but it is a complete information about you in a short form in simple words.

In the resume you have your basic contact information so that if needed can be contacted by the recruiter.

It contains your educational qualifications which is the most important thing that makes you eligible for a job, it shows your educational background

and your performance in the academics.

This difference in performance can be a major factor in deciding your salary. Also the institute/school/colleges help in assessing the recruiters the

    quality of education you have.

Like this every point in the resume shows your qualification and the eligibility for the job.

Besides it also shows your presentation skills, your command over the language and many other things.

So don't think of it as a paper that shows just your professional experience.

If you are not able to make a resume you can take help from internet as there is loads of material regarding guiding and preparing for making a

    resume.

Even after it if you are not able to find it easy to make a resume you can take help from your known or friends that are already in a profession they

can give you practical examples in making your resume better from their experience.

Another option is that you can take professional resume makers to make your resume.

It will take a little bit of effort but once you are prepared with your resume than it would be great help for you as if made properly it can be used till

    you get a job.

such as computer skills, english speaking power and other skills to the employers. To don't get
connfused with resume and cv. There are plenty of sites in the internet where you can get valuable

    Hello Aspirant,

Heartily congratulations for completing your graduation & best wishes for professional career.

See resume is nothing but it is a summary of your name, address, qualification & experience details. You can make your resume by writing serially as Name, father's name, your date of birth, present address, permanent address, educational details which you should right from your 10th passed qualification to your last qualification. Here you have to mention, name of examination passed, name of board such as CBSE,ICSE,state board etc, name of examination passed such as SSE,HSEE,graduation etc, subjects studied, marks obtained,% of marks obtained etc,Your hobby, experience, any project work done etc.

The purpose of submitting it is to let know others about your self easily. But it does not guarantee you to get selected unless & until you satisfy the interviewers by replying their questions in proper way,for which you are required to prepare well.

So submitting resume is useful for the candidates. You can write NIL for any column when you don't have details for the same.

    Good luck.
