Why no HR for automobile industry necessary?

I work in a reputed automobile industry where no HR position is there in the office, neither in the head office nor in dealerships. So, please make it clear why such differentiation in industry is there that to some corporate the HR plays an important role but in some places there are no such posts?

    Dear Aspirant,

It is the policy of the company to have employees with different designations. Some company/organisation deals the matter of recruitment & training by the estblishment section. There are the posts of the manager,Administration,Deputy manager Administration etc.Where there are no such posts, they have the posts of the Manager,HR,Deputy manager HR etc,but the works are the same for both the designation.

See without recruitment & training to the employees,no company/organisation can survive.Once upon a time only few branches in management, such as finance, marketing, production,Administration etc were available. Now there are many branches in management. So designation changes from time to time.

    So need not be confused.

    Thanks & good luck.

See the presence or absence of positions or designations in office/companies management hierarchy depends on the need of the company.

If the company finds that a particular position is necessary than they will definitely keep it but if they don't find necessary than they won't.

As every post in the company is for a specific purpose and thus also have a cost behind it.

Keeping an HR won't be necessary in your company and thus by not keeping such post the company has saved money that they have to bear in

    keeping an HR.

It is possible that HR work has been distributed to other managers or other employees.

So every decision in a company have a strong research and analysis behind it so you don't need to think of it much as there might be other ways by

which the company can fulfill its HR requirement.
