    Why my salary is low in PB period when it was decided the increased amount?

    The CTC salary decided when I joined the company didnít received by me when I was in my PB period. Now when claimed my arrears the employer denied and said that every candidate is bound to get the least amount of his CTC when he works in his PB period. What shall I do to gear up my losses?

    Dear Aspirant,

    Genrally,the employees get less pay in probation period.Of course it depends upon the terms & conditions of the appointment order.It is clearly mentioned in the terms & conditions that what amount of salary you will get in your probation period.

    If you have been paid less amount than commitment & if you have a proof for getting less pay,you can get the arrear amount with the help of court.First of all submit your representation in writing to the head of the company & request to pay it as early as possible.If you don't get reminder,give reminder first after one month & next after 15 days mentioning in it that if "I don't get the arrear amount at the earliest,I will have to move legally".

    Lastly send a pleader notice to the management.

    Hope you will get your dues amount.But you see that how much amount you are expecting because if you move legally,the management will be very watchful against you & you may be harassed at any stage.

    Dear!

    My friend I hope you will be aware of that every company provide appointment letter to their employees when got selected, and tells the employees about company rules and regulations and terms and conditions by joining letter. So you should had read your offer letter when you got offer letter on joining letter. Because every things are mentioned in offers letter. You should had discus regarding this at that time with company's HR when you had joined But did not. So now you don't have any right to ask regarding this.If you have still any query please feel free ask for your company's HR or any concern person for details.

    Dear friend every company,every concern operate's it's machinery/system according to company's norms.Here during your probation period you are getting less then your idea.you should clear it at time of salary negotiation at the interview board with the company's H.R.Manager.It is sure now you can not get more as per company's norms.Now you continue your work satisfactorily as it is probation period learn everything within this period after the expiary period you will get your full salary as per committed by the company.So you should forget it rather give attention toward your work.

    There are few psu concern they offer salary during probation period as per scale,it is seen at that period they get full salary without deduction.whenever they cross probation period they are to pay mandatory installment's for provident fund then they get less salary.

    Hi,
    It depends,...If the organization has clearly mentioned about this to you earlier,..then it is bound to the company rules.
    It cannot be acted against. But check if you are getting the stated amount once you have completed your probation period.

    In the probation period every employee get the low salary only .after completion of probation period your salary will be hiked
