Why every organisation is not open for trainings of students?

Management students have to perform an internship for 2 months in their respective interest subjects. But these days very few organisations are open to internships. Why the private organisations mostly not interested in providing such trainings when they can make their several works done through this?

    Dear friend
You are right that many organisations do not encourage internships training today. And it’s really sad that students suffer because of this. But there are many reasons why they don’t encourage the same.
It is true that if an organisation employee’s interns for training they can do the work with less expense involved and they can also absorb the good candidates into the organisation without much spending on costly recruitment processes. But we are forgetting one thing here. When an organisation takes in interns they do become a liability. The simple things like seating arrangements, extra computer systems, lighting, desk, tables etc can be an extra burden on the company. Moreover other major things like transportation, canteen facilities, stipends etc will also cause a lot of burden on the company. So many companies tend to avoid the same.
But you might be still thinking that these extra expenses are better than spending on costly recruitment processes. Yes you are right, but don’t work out like that. Some companies have their own goals and objectives and taking in interns might be an obstacle for these goals. The recruitment policies of some of the companies might be designed in such a way that there may not be any room for interns.
Market conditions and other factors like availability or resources, reduction of demand for products and services, recession, tough competition from rivals can also be a cause for companies to reduce the number of interns.
Another factor that the number of educational institutes has increased and likewise the number of students have also increased. This increased number can also be a burden for companies to take in interns.
I guess this answers your question.
    Regards
    Sydney

not many organisations are ready for giving training for interested candidates as trainee or intern, it depends on other management issue like company management which allow internships have single point agenda i mean they take internship based on marks and its also based on institute that your doing your management course this making some mark on organisation to train students..
as intern if your work is good you will be directly absorbed in to the company from intern to employment, as far as training students is concerned it totally depends on management...

    hii ,
yes it is true and sad that many organisation do not offer internship to students. but they have strong reasons for not doing that too. for bigger companies you need to have blood relation to get an internship and many more processes are done for that.
but there are organisation who offer that too. so you must focus on those companies. because at the end it is the experience and the work that you learnt from them that is going to count. so you can just go an opt for internships in the organisation offering you that.
    thanks

There are many reasons for that.

Firstly many organisations have tie ups with colleges so they automatically take trainee students through there own process.

Trainees are not regular employees of the company so they unnecessary have to bear cost to manage them without getting much from them as the work done by the trainees can be

performed by the regular employees easily.

For training students the employees have to face unnecessary work pressure that effects there own work so companies avoids it.

When the companies recruits freshers they have to train them before giving them positions so its make no sense to companies to give such trainings.
