    Why company hire when they have to fire early?

    In my company which is an automobile one a person was hired as Exchange Manager. But no leads help was provided to him for 3 months and no training was provided as promised and got fired in three months for not doing sales. Why is this happening as many times it happened?

    Firing from jobs is a common phenomenon that is taking place in modern world.In not only India but also European countries are facing this problem.As a result unemployment is increasing and demand for government jobs is also increasing.This is happening because:-
    -Recession is going on.
    -Less number of clients.
    -Decrease in profit margin.
    -Requirement of only skilled and efficient employee.
    But still companies are recruiting because:-
    -It will enhance their publicity and good will.
    -It will reduce their tax and revenue amount.
    -It also helps in getting their work done at lower wages (since freshers are recruited) thus enhancing profit margin of it.
