On whose name experience letter will be provided, company which has been taken or company who has taken the company?

I am working in this software company called Zenith Pvt limited company. Now it has been taken by another company. We have got news that they have to share us new appointment letter. Now my question is if an employee leaves the company now. On whose name he will get the experience letter? Or the one which he was working before or the one that has taken its operation?

hello friendas I know that the experience cirtificate wil be issued on current owner of the company.as the rule of selling every thing or all employees become the part of current.it does not matter that who is driving the company's task.as they have confirmed that an experience and joining letter will be issue by present owner of the company.best of luck.

    Hi friend

You should not worry about such things and concentrate on your work so that you can be more successful and get better professional growth..Whether the experience leter is provided on the name of your previous owner or the current owner, i dont think it will make much difference to your letter and its value will be the same in both the cases..

According to me if you or any other employee leaves the company now, i think most probably you will get the experience letter in the name of the current owner..As your previous owner has already been overtaken by your current owner so certainly your current owner has all the rights now and to issue the experience letter is one of them..

I dont think you should think of leaving the company if still it provuides you with good growth opportunities and you are being paid handsomely ..Of course the work atmosphere also should be good and so should be your boss..If all these things are there then you should continue here..

    Good luck friend
