    Hi,

Its based on the procedures followed in your organisation

If the sales or order that is done in your absence goes to you accord ot company rule , it belongs to you

Else accord to company rule , if the sale or order is done by the person at the time it belongs to that person . Then the person will take the order benefits

Ask your company regarding how the sales and order is done on what basis

Try to work smart from next time based on the inputs from seniors

    Thanks!!!!

    Hi Friend,
If in your absence the guy who is in charge of your role gets the lead from your reference put it in the system and generate the order
then lead will be regarded as his as he has executed though it is from your reference.

As I understand you have to meet your numbers and get the bonus, so check if in your company the leads can be entered in system on both sales reps name primary who got the deal and secondary who executed. If that is the case then you will get benefits as well.

    hello friend
private companies are very strict over the its policy.
then any candidate can not get flaxibility in absence case.
in your absence the bonus or credit will go to company's or the candidate who attend the customers.
dear these all tasks should be clear before to go any bussiness purposes or casual leave

    thankyou

If you are not in the office and the person has come to the shop for buying the car and has given your reference, but has been attended by some other sales person, than that sales will go to that person only, who attended that customer.

In Sales, each individual who work in the same process has own targets and everyone knows that if targets are not met regularly than chances of losing the job is always there. So no one will miss a chance to take the customer who has come to the shop.

But in Your Case, i would suggest that you can give one try and speak about this to your Reporting Manager,You need to tell him that it was you who had asked that person to vist the shop.

But unfortunately, when he came you were not in the shop. Also that sales if is completed should be booked under your name.

    Dear Aspirant,

It all depends upon the company policy. If you have negotiated some business with pen & paper in field & that has been executed in office in your absence, the credit will go to you only.If it is oral, then you have no any proof of your efforts made towards that transaction & there by the credit will go to the employee who is present in office & who dealt with it.

So if you don't have any arrangement to do negotiation in field with pen & paper, arrange for the same for future use.

    Thanks.
