a diploma in civil shows your competence in that field and hence the best offers you can get are in the same field. however perhaps L&T infrastructure has not suited you. maybe you can try joining a smaller firm where you may be able to dabble in other fields as well and learn more.

But my dear friend my sincere suggestion is to go for engineering in civil so that you can get better opportunities compared to diploma with high salary.

    Hi Friend,
As you have done diploma in civil engineering, my recommendation is to stay in same field so you would be able to apply your knowledge in same job.
The company which you mentioned is a reputed organisation. Anyhow if you did not like it, now with that experience though it is really short still you would be able
to get better opportunities and this time try to prove your potentials. Initially in career there will be hiccups but you should not keep leaving jobs, you have adjust yourself to work culture so that you would be able to grown in career. From your past lesson I would advice this time try to work hard and prove yourself and stay back in a company for longer term. Trust if today you leave your field and go to some field you might end up having same issues. So it is better to adjust yourself in your own area where you would be able to grow.

    Best of Luck.
