What words should I avoid when writing my self-appraisal?

Our company has an appraisal form, which we are all required to fill up at the time of performance review. This form has a section in which we have to write about our performance but since this is a first time for me can anybody help me with words which I should not mention at all?

    Hi,

I will suggest you to write the qualities that are actually in you.
Write about all the good qualities that you possess in that section.
Some of the words that you should not write are as follows-

    Overconfident
    Very Smart
    Very emotional

These words can have a adverse effect on one's mind.
So don't use them in that section.

    Bye!
