    What are the ways of negotiating salaries in company so that we can get good amount of hike in the company? Is there are any possible ways where our Manager will give the salary hike which we expect?

    For recent past year am getting very less hike so I just want to negotiate the salary which I want and deserve, so can you tell me how to do that? Is there any possible ways where our Manager will give the salary hike which we expect? How to make it happen?

    To be plain and straight to your question there is no way of negotiating salary in your company which you are currently working as it is not the part of employee to ask for salary hike. Every company will have a yearly performance analysis where some point system will be followed where each employee will be given the points according to the work which he/she has contributed for the company.
    When the evaluation is carried out the Manager will play the key role in analysing the things overall and giving the suggestion to the HR, so the HR will calculate the overall and enrolls the employee for the salary which he/she deserves. So now I can see that you are worried about getting less hike for long time which should have cleared your doubt for the reason behind it. You have to show yourself that you can do the work easily and achieve more at less span of time which is key for every employee to get success.
    Now as you have asked about negotiating with salaries there is one step which is there to do it but probably not the best one which is nothing but trying to attend different company interviews and get the job with some pay which is more than the current job and you can apply for relieving from the present company which when you will be called for a face to face interview with the HR where you can show the other company offer with salary which you got and if the current company doesnít want you to leave then they will probably pay you more than the other company offer but this is quite tricky you have to be the best person in your team to get that kind of hope for the HR which in sense that they cannot leave a good employee like you.
    So the first thing needed from you to get good decent hikes by the financial year starting is to perform well in the whole year do not keep in mind other things which bothers you and make you not to perform, just do whatever work given to you 100% then for sure you will get the best hike according to your performance.

    You cannot request for a hike in your salary.A hike will be given to you only when they find your work fruitful to the company.For that dedicate yourself to the work and work hard using your skills.Hard working is not just working over time but working heartfully .Give new ideas to your boss which helps in the rise in the institute's business .Express your interest in the work.Be cool at your office.

    The only way you can have a salary hike according to your expectation if you are important as an employee for them both by your post and by
    your work,If they need you they will give you what you want .Normally there are fix procedure and time period of salary increment guided by the rules of the company and also the evaluation of work of the employee You can't go to the manager and ask for an increment any time during running year until you have any genuine reason or another job which is offering you a higher pay.

    You get hike just by negoitation, you need to perform and then ask for the hike.
    If they are not providing then you can look for the other companies, with the same job profile and apply there.
    There you can negotiate, when comparing to the previous employer.
    When you get the job in the other company then demand for the hike in the previous company, if they dont provide you the hike that you deserve then go to the new company.

    Hello Friend ,
    in your case you cant negotiate salary hike because once you are taken in any project the first salary you get ,you will continue to get that.not only you nobody can negotiate salary like you think.however if you switch your company then there is a possibility of negotiating your salary but there also they will see your previous salary slip to decide how much to give.
    but here in your case what you can do is,concentrate on your work,work hard such that during appraisal you will get good hike and on that basis ifyou swithch company you will able to negotiate your salary.
