What should we do with employees who are doing scam profit with outside vendor on the basis of company business?

I am working as a coordinator in an organization. We are working in training department. We have outsource trainers for training within the company. Some of the employees take commission from vendors to provide the business. What should we do with such type of employees? What if the management comes to know about this?

If the permanent employees of your company are taking commissions from Outside vendors for giving them work, than such employees should be terminated from the company with immediate effect.

If he or she is not stopped from doing this he will continue to do this and the quality of training will be affected, as the vendor will not give good trainers to your company as he also is paying comissions to some people in your company.

You should bring this thing to the notice of the senior managers, so proper enquiry can be conducted and if proved such employees can be terminated.

Hi. I think you should take strict action in this regard and not let the culprits get away with their wrong deeds.

If your own company employees are trying to harm your company by taking commision from vendors , you should find proof of their malpractices and file a case against them.

First of all you should tell about this malpractice to the management yourself rather than they coming to know about it from others. Then you can take a final decision in this regard which will punish those employees and teach them a lesson so that they dont do it again.

You can hand them to the police or even terminate their services after finding proof against them.

    Best of luck. Thanks
