Re: What should be minimum no of employees in the company to get the Provident fund facilities?

    Hi dear
''Only in special category a candidate can get pf in the company''.
->>Here is OPTIONS for PF entitlement of organisation
->OPTION 1. WHEN ITS TOTAL EMPLOYEES WORKING = 20 OR MORE.
->OPTION 2. ONLY FOR ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEE ---i.e. employees who are drawing salary upto 6500 (basic).
--For eg. total employees working in organisation are 50 numbers but staff having LESS BASIC salary than or equal to 6500 Will be eligeble for 10 only employees.
And this option goes with PF act and where it is mentioned to the employee's name.
    Thankyou

    Dear friend,|

Minimum numbers of employees required for PF entitlement is 20 .
As you have mentioned that including you there are only 10 employees then you are not entitled for EPF .
The establishments who are 3 or more years old having 20 or more employees are entitled for the EPF contribution.

    All the best.
