What should be kept in mind and implemented to manage time effectively?

I am working in a private company and side by side also preparing for the GATE exam. But I am unable to manage time effectively and just mess up with all the activities. So I want to know what should be kept in mind and implemented for proper time management.

    Hi,

when you are at work... forget all thing in your mind and do yiur job...so that the job can be finished with in time....
And when you are studing ... be concentrate on study and keep apart all the official work pressure side...

Study at night and morning... don't study in office or bus/car etc.. relax while you are travelling....Listen music.. don't scare....wht will happen...

Every thing will be fine... don't worry.

    Hi,
There are few things you can do to manage time effectively such as
    1. Plan each day
    2. Prioritize your tasks
    3. Say no to non-essential things
    4. Get some of your work done by others
    5. limit distractions
    6. Find out where you are wasting your time
    7. Take a break when you need
    8. Try to maintain your efficiency
    9. Do some meditation or yoga

Don't think about anything that is out of your control and give your best for whatever that is in your control.

    All the best!!!
