    Hi
In this thanking letter you should mention each and every aspect of your good memories in short. You should express your gratitude towards all the members in the office who have helped you to improve yourself in this corporate world.
You should also invite them all for a small party that you should throw at the time of your farewell, so that you can take all the good memories with you
    Gud luck

    Hello Friend,

Well, you are on the threshold of a career change. Man people like you do that change in some part of their career. In your thanking letter you should thank them for providing you such woundeful opportunity to work. You should thank your manager, your colleagues for giving you valuable suggestions and help during your stay at the organization. You have learned many new things which will be useful in the long run. The working environment was exellent and everybody had no problem sharing their ideas and thoughts. You will never forget them.

Your letter should be compact and to the point. All the best.

    Hello Friend,

It is very good that you had a wonderful experience with your office and you want to thank them for their wishes and support all the time. There are so many formats of letter for thanking while leaving the office I am giving you one of them here:

    To
    The Manager,
    Company Name,
    Address

    Dear Sir/ Ma’am

I am writing this letter to thank you for giving me, the job opportunity of my career 3 years ago. It was really overwhelming when I first received the joining letter fromyour company. I want to thank you for all the support and motivation that you gave me in these 3 years.
Since, I am moving back to my country, so I need to resign from this
position. The whole experience of working here in your organization under your supervision was great and I must admit that I learnt many professional qualities and ethics here in your organization. You have polished my skills and I feel much more confident professionally after working here with you.
I want to wish you success and may your organization attain new heights in terms of success and growth. Thanks for all that you did for me.
    Regards,

Hope this will be suitable to you.

    Hello Aspirant,

Yes,it is definitely your good thinking. The person must be obliged & thankful to those whom a person gets benefited. When a person gets job first time,he/she has to learn many practical things & in such situation, the senior officer/manager & colleagues become the guide too the new appointed person. They are like GURU & guardian for whom,it becomes necessary to thanks & be obliged for ever.In order to thanks them, you can write as

    Respected Sir,

I wish to state that I joined this organisation on---date & worked under your direction for a period of three years. When I joined here,I was very new to the professional life & not aware of the practical knowledge.I learnt many things from you & I got good cooperation from my colleagues too.I would not have worked here for such a long period,If I had not got your valuable guidance, love & affection, for which I have no words to thanks to you & my colleagues. However,I thanks very much through few words mentioned in this letter.

I would be ever grateful & thankful to you forever.Pl.do call me when I am needed either for official or for personal purposes.Fortunately,I have got good chance to join anther job shortly. Thanks once again.

    Yours sincerely.

I think the above matter is enough to meet your purposes.

    Good luck.
