What should I do if my company pays Rs.2000 less for 6 months?

My company is paying Rs.2000 less for last 6 months stating that it's some internal problem where the amount will be adjusted once it gets corrected but I don't think any thing is happening. So can you tell me how to handle this issue? What move should I take?.

Hi.. This is really not done that your company is paying you less salary than mentioned in your offer letter and you should certainly do something about this situation..

As your company is saying that this is happening due to some internal problem and will be adjusted later so maybe they are right and most probably are suffering from some financial crisis..

So first of all you should wait for some more time and hope that they will adjust your salary as soon as possible.. In the meanwhile you can investigate about the real reason behind this..

Even after waiting for some more time still nothing happens then you can talk to your company high officials or HR and tell them that you have waited long enough and want your full salary now..Also warn them that you will file a complaint against them if they dont comply..

Also try to find a new job in between in case you have to leave ..

Hoping everything will be alright.. Best of luck.. Thanks

    Hi,

Problems come and go. In business profit and loss is a ritual.

If you are working here since a long duration, you must be having idea of the company's reputation, in that case you may compromise, because sticking with the company in bad times may work positive for you in future.

But if you have any doubts, you can start looking for change.

I would suggest , if it is not a very big deal for you then wait for 6 months, it could be true also.

    Dear..

You have not mentioned here your salary that you are getting after the deductions. The possible solution of this problem is to talk to the HR directly and tell him that i am getting 2000 rupees less per month and i want to know where these deductions are going. If company is deducting the amount and investing it somewhere else in your name then also you have the option to either cancel that investment and you can also ask for the refund of your full money.

The HR is the only person that can help you in this and if it is due to some internal problem then also 6 month is a long time so tell him to solve the issue asap. Its better to report the matter to your MANAGER also

Sitting idle can not help you in any ways so its better to go an talk to the HR.

    Hope it will help

    Hello,
You should investigate about the matter and find the reason for the deduction of your money .

There may be any other reason for the deduction , may be tax or may be some allowance for which you are not elligible .

Then you should contact the HR department and put forward your point.

Tell them that you are getting demotivated by such acts.

    Dear Aspirant,

It means the company is facing financial crisis. It is a common problem in the pvt. company to reduce the pay of the employees during lean period.

Of course you can get high jump in future if the situation is corrected.

You have two optios to do in such conditions:-

One is to continue the job.

Second is to leave the job.

But the first one more advisable. You can try for better job while working here.

    Thanks & good luck.

    Ashok

Re: What should I do if my company pays Rs.2000 less for 6 months?

If the company is not paying the agreed salary in offer letter to you, then it means that company is going through a financial crisis. If there is any possibility to overcome this crisis then you may continue your job and otherwise you should leave the job as there is no probatility of growth in position. Now regarding the loss of pay of Rs.2000, it's not a good practice from the company even without stating the exact reason. You should ask your HR about the exact month when the complete amount will be adjusted. 6 months have it's own interest cost, so you need to demand that also during the time of adjustment. If no exact time is given, then settle the account and leave the job.

This is very not done that your company is paying you less remuneration than mentioned in your provide letter and you ought to actually do one thing regarding this example..
As your company is oral communication that this can be happening attributable to thus me internal drawback and can be adjusted later so perhaps are right and likely are laid low with some monetary crisis..

Thus initial of all you ought to expect some longer and hope that they'll regulate your remuneration as before long as attainable.. within the meantime you'll be able to investigate regarding the important reason behind this..

Even when looking forward to some longer still nothing happens then you'll be able to refer to your company high officers or unit of time and tell them that you simply have waited long enough and wish your full remuneration currently..Also warn them that you simply can file a grievance against them if they do not abide by..

conjointly attempt to notice a replacement job in between just in case you have got to depart .
You have not mentioned here your remuneration that you simply are becoming when the deductions. The attainable answer of this drawback is to speak to the unit of time directly and tell him that I'm obtaining 2000 rupees less per month and that i need to grasp wherever these deductions are going. If company is deducting the quantity and finance it in other places in your name then conjointly you have got the choice to either cancel that investment and you'll be able to conjointly raise the refund of your full cash.

The unit of time is that the solely individual that will assist you during this and if it's attributable to thusme internal drawback then conjointly half-dozen month may be a durable so tell him to unravel the difficulty ASAP. Its higher to report the relate your MANAGER conjointly

Sitting idle can't assist you in Any ways that thus its higher to travel an refer to the unit of time.

If the corporate isn't paying the in agreement remuneration in provide letter to you, then it implies that company goes through a monetary crisis. If there's any chance to beat this crisis then you will continue your job and otherwise you ought to leave the work as there's no chance of growth in position. currently concerning the loss of pay of Rs.2000, it isn't an honest apply from the corporate even while not stating the precise reason. you ought to raise your unit of time regarding the precise month once the whole quantity are adjusted. half-dozen months have it's own interest value, thus you wish to demand that conjointly throughout the time of adjustment. If no actual time is given, then settle the account and leave the work.
