What should I do if I salary hike after submitting the resignation letter?

I am really confused what to do now cause just a day before I submitted the resignation letter to my Manager and today got a confirmation mail from the HR for salary hike. What should I do now? Do I have to cancel my resignation letter? or just go out from the company? Please provide me your valuable suggestions am ready to take any decision now.

    Dear Aspirant,

Congratulations for getting salary hike by the company.See your mail carefully.Did your management notice your resignation? If yes & If you are satisfied with the salary hike & working environment of the company, you can rejoin the company.there is nothing wrong in it.

Also you have to see what was the reason to resign from the service. Was it demand for more salary or something else?If you have resigned from the salary due to less salary & your demand has been sanctioned, then you can boldly join the same join.

    Thanks & good luck.

Hi friend. If your reason for leaving your company was that you were not getting salary hike and now as you have got it , so you should now try to talk to your manager or HR and get your resignation letter cancelled. If the HR has provided you salary hike it means they value your services to their company and thus i think if you tell them your situation at present they will surely help you out and thus you can continue working in the same company.

Now if you move out then firstly you will have to search a new job for yourself. Even if you find one you may or not like the work environment or may not get the desired salary. So there can be many problems for you if you leave your present job now that you are eligible for salary hike if you stay.

So its better you go and talk to your HR regarding this that you had just given your resignation yesterday and now a day after you have received a mail from him regarding the salary hike. As your main reason for leaving was lack of salary hike, so now you want to continue here. He will surely tell you how to get your resignation letter cancelled and thus will help you out. You follow the proper procedure an dcontinue with your job which will certainly be better for your future.

    Good luck and Thanks

    Hello dear.............

First check the mail correctly and compare salary hike with previous salary.
--If you got good offer from another company and the salary is alot more than the Hiked salary.
Then you can move on it.
--If not so there is small difference then it better way to cancel the resignation and continue in that company....

Hope you got it thank you..............
