What should an employee do if he/she is not been paid after serving notice period?

I work in a dealership of a company as an off roll employee. Recently I passed an interview where I will be onrolls.I served my notice period 1 month prior due to which my 2 months’ salary has been blocked by company. What should I do as I have my joining 2 months later when I leave my current job and no financial back up?

    Hi,

First of all go through the appointment/offer/agreement letter with the dealer...understand the notice period written there and the rules followed for others also...
If they are doing as per the contract letter, then you have nothing to act but you can request your concern to the higher authority regarding the money...IF you don't have any due to the company, and good people are there.. you might be selected for payout from your notice period hold salary...

Try to discuss the issue and resolve...
