What should be done with a teacher who is constantly bothering me regarding her salary hike?

I am the Principal of a private school. One of the teachers of our school has been constantly bothering me regarding her salary hike for the past few weeks even after me telling her to wait for a while and have some patience. What should be done with such a teacher?

    Hi,

If her work is good and your the students of your school is getting good teaching from her it is good for you to pay increase her salary but if her teaching is not good good but still if she bothers you to increase her salary you can say her to leave the school ,and you are unable to teach the children well.If she is a good teacher and can explain the students well then say her to wait for some days in a cool way so that she can understand .

think about the situation and take the decision.

    good luck

    thank you

    hello,
if you think the teacher is good enough and if you think she is the best one then better you give her the salary and if you think she is not good in teaching then tell her to leave the school and give her the resignation letter.
talk to her for sometime and if she agrees for your pay then its k or else find a new teacher and get replaced her in that place.
    thank you...........

    Hello,

Well, this is not the best approach to convince a salary hike. Salary hike is based on the following
    factors such as,

    1. Academic Qualification.
    2. Years of experience.
    3. Teachning methodology.
    4. Out of the box teacher student interaction.
    5. Popularity among students.
    6. Discipline, dedication and hardwoking.
    7. Behaviour toward senior teachers etc.

Before taking any decision you should consider the following factors and based on
that you should take the call. If you think the teacher deserves it then you should not
hesitate to hike her salary. You have to take the final decision.

    Bye,

Make her clear about the situation of her salary increement. As she is constantly bothering you about her salary hike and if right now you are not in a position to give her that hike than tell her clearly that you won't be able to do that right now and if you are not sure that how much time it will take then tell her that you not even know that will there be a rise in her salary or not in near future. It seems that she is in bit hurry for her salary hike and is thinking that you will do that in 5-10 days so she is constantly reminding you about it. If you will make her clear about the situaton that you don't need to be remembered about this thing continiously and when the right time will come she will automatically get that, also give her a warning that if she doesn't like the salary than she can leave the school, because for a rise/hike it can take some time. Until and unless you will be clear and strict about such issues than you won't be able to get the solution of this problem.

Make the girl's obvious around the problem connected with the girl's paycheck increement. As she's consistently bothering you regarding the girl's paycheck increase and if today you're not capable of offer her that increase when compared with tell her clearly you can't do this today and if you are uncertain that the length of time it may need next tell her that explore know that should at this time there become an increase in their paycheck or not throughout in close proximity to future. Apparently she's throughout touch dash to be with her paycheck increase and it is believing you'll do this throughout 5-10 times therefore she's consistently suggesting people regarding it. When you help to make the girl's obvious around the situaton that you won't need to become recalled regarding this thing continiously and when the proper moment arrive she could on auto-pilot have that, additionally offer her a stern warning that if she won't such as the paycheck when compared with she'll go away the college, because for the rise/hike normally it takes a few time. Until and except if you will be obvious and rigorous regarding such challenges when compared with you simply won't can get the perfect solution is of the problem.
If perhaps the girl's work is a great one along with your the scholars of this classes gets beneficial helping through the girl's it's great so that you can pay out enhance the girl's paycheck but when the girl's helping will be no real beneficial nevertheless in case she disturbs anyone to enhance the girl's paycheck people can tell the girl's to go away the college ,and you can't instruct the family well.If she is a wonderful instructor and may describe the scholars well then express the girl's to wait for some times in a great means therefore that she might recognize.

Hello Sir, Normally every institution follows certain rules and regulations before considering a pay hike. Also, there is a fixed time for these salary increments or appraisals. These points are clearly mentioned in the employment letter of the employees. In case, the employment letter of your employees does not include these guidelines, then sir, you could call for a staff meeting and explain these points clearly to all the employees. Moreover, you need to tell the teacher bothering you for salary hike that as she is new to the institution, she needs to prove her worth first and then at the time of appraisal, she will rewarded appropriately. You need not be rude to her but put your points across her clearly and firmly so that you are not bothered again for such things. Thanks.

    Dear friend,

I think your problem very simple
If you think the teacher is good enough and if you think she is the best one then better you give her the salary
And if you think she is not good in teaching then tell her to leave the school and give her the resignation letter.
Talk to her for sometime and if she agrees for your pay then its k or else find a new teacher and get replaced her in that place.

    Thanks!!!
    all the best...........
