    What should be done to maintain cleanliness in the office?

    I am the manager of a private company. The working of the office under me is going on smoothly and we are achieving the desired goals. The problem that I am having these days is regarding the cleanliness of the office. The cleanliness level within the office is getting reduced and is affecting the working environment. What steps should I take to maintain the cleanliness of the company?

You have noticed that the cleanliness level in your office is very low and thus want drastic improvement in it.

    Also you should keep dustbins at regular intervals and thus tell all your employees to throw everything ,which is waste, in the dustbin itself and not anywhere else.They should be responsible enough to do that and you hope that you won't have to remind them about this anymore. In this the level of cleanliness will definitely increase at your workplace and thus your purpose will be solved to an extent.

    Then you can employ 4th class workers to clean your workplace regularly and do it in a proper manner , cleaning even the remotest crevices and nooks and corners. They should be extra careful while cleaning your workplace and you should see to it that are not just leisurely doing their work. In this the level of cleanliness will definitely be high at your workplace which will make you feel even more proud of it.
