What should be done if your boss wants you to resign but you havenít done anything wrong?

I am working in a government organisation. Recently my boss called me to his office and told me that he wanted me to resign. But as I havenít done anything wrong I asked him the reason for the same but he did not give any reply. What should be done in such a situation?

    Hi
In that case first of all you need to get the confirmation of the reason that why exactly your boss wants you to resign.
Then only you can take the further action. May be the truth will be something different, he might have not liked the way of doing your work and maybe he is expecting you some more.
But first of all you need to talk about the things and then only you can figure out that how can you make this out in your way.
    Gud luck
