    What should be done with an employee who is not ready to improve himself?

    I am the employer of a software company. It has come to my notice that one of the employees in our company is not ready to improve his performance as well as his behaviour. He has been reprimanded many times before but is not ready to improve at all. What to do in such a situation?

    hello,
    as you are colleague of him you can talk to him in personal in a friendly way and ask him what is his problem.ask him why he always speaks in that angry way on every one irrespective of their fault.ask him to try to save his behavior and try to console him whenever he is in a reprimanded mood.
    ask him to join in your party and any other meetings so that he will more comfortable with you and he may change his attitude and there are chances to mingle with you and will be coming out of that angry behavior.
    watch him for two or three times and if he doesn't change then directly can contact your boss and find a solution for it.

    You are the employer and you have all the powers to take any decision in the company. As you are saying that the employee is not giving any

    positive response even after being repeatedly reprimanded so it is of no use to waste your time in him. It might be possible that he is not capable

    enough to improve his performance and thus meet up to the needs of the company. If you think he can be given one more chance than you can call

    him and talk to him straightly that you are not happy with his performance and thus giving him last chance to improve and even after this if he

    doesn't understands and repeats the same mistake again than it is better that you terminate him from the job as he is wasting both companies time

    and also effecting the working environment of the company in a negative way. In this competitive environment you cannot wait for any one.

    Hi aspirant

    I think that you should definitely take some action against that employee and make sure that he learns his lesson. Behaving in such a way is definitely not good for his future as well and its your duty to make him realise that.You should definitely talk to him once again and make sure that he listens to you this time and also obeys your orders.

    You should call him to your office and tell him that you have been observing him from quite sometime now. Even after being reprimanded many times before he still hasn't improved his performance as well as his behaviour. You really hope that he improves himself now as this is definitely not good for his future and you really hope that he will take a look into this matter. Otherwise you may have to take some strict action against him and in that process he might even lose this job. So you really hope that he would show a drastic change in the coming days.

    I am sure that he will realise your point and will never dare to repeat such a thing again. Good luck and

    IN THIS THIS SITUATION YOU ARE REQUIRED A SUBSITUTE READY AGST HIM SO WORK WILL BE SUFFER IF HE LEFT THE JOB. WHEN YOUR ANOTHE EMPLOYEE READY AS STAND BY AGST HIM THEN YOU CAN WARN TO HIM STRICTLY THAT IMPROVE YOUR BEHAVIOUR OTHER WISE YOUR SERVICE ARE NOT LONGER REQUIRED. IF IMPROVE HIM SELF THEN OK OTHERWISE TERMINATE HIS SERVICE AFTER NOTICE PERIOD AND CREAT GOOD ATMOSPHER IN THE CO FOR BRIGHT FUTURE.

    Hello, In order to work in the company,employee has to abide by the company rules and regulations.If his behaviour is not acceptable or reasonable,then no point of tolerating this for long.If you feel like,then you can give him a last chance with a strong warning,failure of which will straight lead towards his termination.

    Dear guest,

    The best thing needed for a company to improve itself is happy workforce. And with one undisciplined chap in your company spoils the company pays. Strict disciplinary action must be taken even though he is a hard working fellow. If you keep him then other workers will be unhappy and unhappy workers can't work well. And this results in lesser output and finally the company can't reach the maximum output which it is capable of.

    You should give him one final chance to improve himself. We all are human being and we all make mistakes
    in our life. So, you should be patience enough to see wheather the person is ready to change or not. If he is
    not willing to change then you should give him "show cause" notice .

    Hello sir
    It’s a very critical situation. So now you have to do is that first of all talk to employer in a politely way that please improve your performance. Otherwise may be the company can taken a necessary step against you or maybe you are fired from this company. Than monitor the employer that has he/she would improve his performance or not. It the employer is improve his performance then its ok other file a application against the about his performance and send it to your higher authority. I am sure that they would be taken a necessary on this problem.

    As you are saying sir, that after given a many chances he is not ready to improve himself and his performance , then as a employer one thing ask your self that is that guy going to give you any kind of result that is beneficial for your company? I think the answer should be no. So as an employer why you want him in your office , it doesn't like that he has not given any chance to improve himself , you gave him many chances , so I will suggest you that fire that guy because if he will be there he will affect other employee also and your company reputation also. Hope you got my point .

    Dear boss the employee which is not in a position to improve his performance as well as his behaviour then I think you will not give him any extra privilege like leave/skill certificate/experience certificate/promotion/increment everything you will stop as he is not a good performer and asset of the company.On behalf of you these step will be taken as a esteemed measure, when you will fail to improve his performance as well as his nature and odd behaviour.

    first you should check the status of that person means their skills,thinking power what he think about your company....
    aur phr aapko uss person se baat karni chahiye ar aapko ye bhi jaan lena chahiye ki us person se aapki company ko kya benifit hone wala hai ya aap uski skills ko kitna
    earning me convet kr skte ho agar wo best hai toh aap uss se uski problem jaan ne ki kosis kroge..,usse solve out karoge ar AAP usse attractive offer de sakte ho
    like family tour offer kr sakte ho phr agar koi aur baat hoti hai toh aapko apni taraf se best karna hoga.....because aapki company ko uss se best result milne wala hai

    Hello Aspirant,

    It is very difficult to control such employee.When the concerned employee is not caring you with your shout & anger,issue him a explanation letter.See what he gives you in writing.If he does not reply,give him a reminder.If still he does not care for it,you can take any action such as either suspension or transfer or with held his salary for time being.If you with held his salary for a month,see his result.If still he does not care for any thing,it means he is not normal.

    So accordingly you can take action against him.If possible,get him treated or inform to his parents.

    In general an employees who behaves as stated above in govt.department or in pvt.one who is either abnormal or has strong back ground.You may judge him on his behaviour & take action accordingly.

    Such employees should be given a last and a final warning regarding their behavior and performance, they should be handled strictly. They should be dismissed from the job as these people will eventually become a liability for the company, not an asset. And even after being warned after so many times , if there are no sign of improvement , then there should be some strict actions taken against him, either a reduction in salary or firing from the job. employees should behave in a professional manner, as the world is full of cut throat competition.

    If you are not senior of that employee then it is not your duty to improve that staff member.

    Well as per manking you should take steps to improve his behaviour or his working ways.

    You should make the employee relaise his fault and about his future that this habit will not prove to help himself in his bad time.

    So he has to give up bad habits and concentrate on his work.

    It will be some difficult in start but slowly slowly all will become easier and will bring confidence in his mind.

    Dear Aspirant,

    The employee seems insincere in his duty. In order to make him sincere, issue a instruction letter in which all the directions pertaining to protocol of the employee and details of routine work should be mentioned. Ask him to follow these instructions and also warn him that if still you are found careless , there will be disciplinary action taken against you for which you only be held responsible. See the result. If still he is found the same, withheld his salary for time being and see the result. Inspite of this step, if still he does not care, he should be given notice period for termination.
