What shall I do if my previous company is not paying me my pending salary and neither issuing me my relieving letter?

I have left my prior job with due notification of 1 month and training of new employee. But the company is not paying my 2 month salary and not even sanctioning my relieving letter. My current company has given me a notice of 1 month that either my relieving letter should be submitted A.S.A.P to HR department or the company will ask for my resignation. What shall I do?

I recommend you to please reach your previous company as soon as possible and talk to HR department, if there is no result then you can reach the higher authority in company like COO of the company, which will surely help you out. Moreover, if you have any letter or receipt of leaving at that time, there is not a bi deal, you can have both receiving letter as well as your salary. You can also demand claim from the company if you have proper proof.

    Dear Friend!

This is very complicated problem for you. I would like to suggest you to go your previous company where is your pending payment for 2 months and contact with that company'S senior person, HR or higher department and request them to get salary asap, and try to find the solution ,why they are not providing your salary, OR may be you have done mistake from your end at the time of working with that organization due to misbehave they bother you.

    Dear Aspirant

Definately It is a result of the poor management. The head of the comany management ,may be managing Director or the manager General, has to see that on which day there is a holiday & working day in the company. When It was Bharat Band, the management had the resposibility to provide a safe working day for the employees, when It was so necessary to run thre company on such risky date. They would have contacted the police administration to deploy forces for the company to run the company on such date.

So all the employees jointly must represent the matter to the management so that the incident may not repeat in future.

    Thanks.

Dear complainer:though it is the usual feature of pvt company employee always try to change their company for better opportunity like salary/scope of promotion etc.so friends whenever you do work keep friendly relations with your all staff other wise you are to face disadvantages to collect pending salary/pf fund/experience certificate etc. So keep healthier atmosphere with all staff.

To avoid such situation you contact with your senior boss/hr manager to get your due salary relieving letter and approach politely convincing them the importance of relieving letter.

    Thank you,

    Dear Friend

You can definately have your reliving letter as well as the 2 month pending salary..

As you have completed the min. notice period of the job and now the company is not giving the reliving letter and the salary then you should go and contact the Concerned HR department immediately and if this problem is not solved yet then go to the higher authorities as it is your right to get your salary as well as the experience certificate..

If they do not listen then go to the Labour Court you will get the justice done with you..

    BEST OF LUCK
