What shall I do if my previous company is not paying me my pending salary with Conveyance?

I had resigned my job with 1 month notice Period, as per that company's law. Now its almost 9months, but still the company is neither payed my 2 month salary nor 2-3 months conveyance. No one is picking my phone, not even the MD of that Company. I had send many mails to MD but he is also not replying me.
I think they are not interested in giving me my Salary.
    What shall I do?

See this not right, as you have completed all the formalities correctly you must be paid the salary for which you have worked and the company has

no right to block your salary. It is your right and you must get it. The company cannot ignore you and thus can run away without giving your salary.

You can take legal actions against them to get your pending salary. Also you can take actions for the mental pressure they have given you by not

    giving your salary.

For this you can take help from a lawyer to get specific details about the legal actions for both getting your salary and the unnecessary mental

pressure you have to face for this situation. He can guide you in a much better way to solve this problem. As it has been nine months from now so

you have all possible reasons to take legal actions.

Alternatively you can go to the company and talk to the manager or the MD directly and ask him to clear your payments fast. This will also help you

in getting the picture clear about what they have there minds and are they willing to pay you or not, Thus this will help you in taking any legal

actions with a clear thought in mind.

This is an unprofessional attitude shown by your previous company. This is because inspite of your filling the necessary formalities still you are not given the deserving salary by you.It is definitely against the norms and against the law and the company has no right to block your salary.
However,it is also seen that there are similar cases like yours before the company which requires certain time to get accomplished. This is because there are many internal formalities in every stage to be fulfilled within the company before giving away the salary of the past employees who have left the company.Sometime it gets delayed due in the transit of the documents from one level to another. So you should bear with this matter for some more time and then take a decision.

-You should wait for some more time and see whether you get your pending salary or not.
-If not, then send a mail with a note in serious tone.
-Still if there is no action taken, you can go to the company's headquarters and enquire about the matter.
-If there is positive response,it is well and good.
-If there is negative response,it will be better to consult your lawyer and take legal help in this matter.
Hope your problem will be solved.

    Hi aspirant

This is the heights of injustice and you should definitely take some strict action against your previous company. You should not sit quietly in this case and must do something soon. As you haven't broken any rules and regulations of your company then they have no right to withhold your salary and conveyance charges for such a long time. You should definitely go and talk to the MD of your previous company personally if he is not interested in picking your calls.

Tell him that it has been almost 9 months since you resigned after serving 1 month notice period. You haven't received your 2 months pending salary as well as your conveyance charges for 2-3 months. This is unfair on the part of the company. Also you have been trying to contact him many times but he does not seem interested in answering you. You want full justice in this case otherwise you will be forced to take legal action against them.

I am sure the MD will feel ashamed of himself and thus will not dare to withhold your salary any longer. Good luck
