    Hello,

It is great to see this sort of concern from the owner of any organization for the employees working under it.This is a great and very good attitude shown by you and all the employers must learn from you.It reveals your caring nature and you should be respected for this kind of concern for the employees.

It will be a great initiative from your side for the safety of the women especially those who are working in the night shifts. There can be various types of initiatives taken from your side in order to ensure the proper safety of the employees.

This initiative to ensure safety for the female workers will definitely publicize your company well and will create a goodwill in the market. The reputation of the company will increase a lot. Moreover,it can also be seen that more and more female efficient workers are attracted towards jobs in your organization.Hence, overall your organization will be benefited by this.

The safety measures that you can take are:-
-Ensuring proper transport facilities for them.
-Keep responsible and trustworthy drivers for the vehicles.
-Get the feedback about the drivers from the employees on weekly or monthly basis.
-Keep proper watch guard in your office.
-You should involve both male as well as females in the security staff of your office.
-Listen to the concerned worker's issues or problems regarding their safety from time to time and do the needful.
-You can also set up an authority to look into the problems concerning the security of employees and taking the required actions.

See, till the time the women are working in the office, they are inside the office campus and are totally safe. SO you don't have to worry much about that. The real problems occurs when they are in the cab late nights, so to assure their safety you should have a guard hired for each cab that would remain in the cab till the last. You should also make sure that the last drop should not be for any woman. They should not be left in the cab alone at night. Also the cab should be kept a track of, by using GPS services or by messaging services .

First of all make necessary arrangements for taking and dropping the women employees.

Ensure that the driver you are appointing is the right person and give him strict instructions.

Instruct those women employees to have proper safety measures with them, including mobile phones.

You can start your own helpline number in the office so that if any problem occurs they can contact at that number for help.

If possible you can send one or two male colleagues with them to ensure proper safety.

You can also arrange some short term defense training courses for enhancing there capabilities to deal with any problem.

All of the employees must have the phone number of nearby police stations so that they can call for help any time.
