No the retirement age of each state government and Central government cannot be same. The retirement age of the central government staff

is 60 years and in some of the state the retirement age is 55 and in some it is 60. It depence upon the law prevailing in the respective state

    government.

Respective state government can take the decision only with regard to the employees employed by the state government. They cannot decide

on the retirement age of the cental government employees

hello friendYou are asking about retirement age then it is very tough to say that every organization or department has same rules for retirement.Private job central or state government's employees can take the decision the retirement as per their organization 's policy. So only with regard to the employees employed by the state government. There is a rule of retirement in private firm so it cannot decide on the retirement age of the cental government employees because private firm want only those employees who are fit to working.government is fix and does not care about the employees's physical fitness so can't force to employees for withdrawal of retirement. Some civil job's organization provide retirement in very early time if an employees want to take retirement.departments are-Army,bsf,navy etc.-some has the fix age of general retirement like teaching, banking or other of 60 years.-judge's retirement age is 65 years. But en employees can work even he has retired.Consult, HR and chief advisor 's job are eligible.force's retired employees can go to banks job.so it is very tough to say fix age.thanks
