What are the norms for duration for retention of an employee?

I my company which is dealership (not a central headquarter), employees are not retaining for a long time. I have been working since 1 month and got to know that the employer usually make such situations in which employee becomes bound to leave the company. Please guide me the norms for the same.

for making a employee permanent he should successfully complete his prohibition period as per their rules.. If you work is not satisfactory he may extend extend the prohibition period or he may terminate you. So you should make an agreementbefore entering the job

dear asker as fa as your job is concerned is purely private and doing work as a temporary basis.in such a situation what suggestions you expect.the work pattern is not permanent basis.only way whenever you enter into job you should negotiate with the dealer about your permanency in the job.it is a pvt.company they have the right to terminate you at any time.they know nobody will ask him about your termination and you can not take any kind of action against that dealer.

So,if you like to stay to that temporary job and you have the intention to stay at that job for a long time and permanent basis then you should negotiate with the dealer legally.

    Thank you,

Private company as well as companies's employees want the proper work for the clients, so when you provided suitable as well as proper and satifised work than you definetly proper employee for the company, so dont worry about the security in job you mostly permanent employee for the job.

    Dear Friend!

The companies hire their candidates and put them on probation period for 6 months. So you are needed to do work within period with 100% dedication doing hard and smart work. If your work is not satisfactory then they may extend your probation period for 3 or 6 months again. Or they may terminate you. After that they appointed you as a permanent employee. So you make discus with any company's HR or interviewer before join the company. if its not come under company terms & conditions.

dear asker there are difficulties to follow norms regarding the stability of your appointment.reasons are:-

1.your job status is most ordinery and temporary.

2.the concern where you employed is a dealer which type of dealer/agent?you should mention it.

3.you are not working under an union that can take action against the irregularity.

4.your employer did not recruit you lawfully that can give you job guarantee.

5.employer can terminate you at any time because he has no liability to you as you are casual type worker.

Now you can ask your employer about the need of permanency and you can do agreement regarding your fixicity as emploee till his dealer ship exists, and any breach of contract/agreement can lead you to go court/consumer court for justice/compensation.

    Thank you,
