Every organisation has its positive and negative environment. Some can be tackled and ignored while some keeps on popping into our heads. There is an annoying employee in our organisation who messes with everyone. Please let me know that what is the ratio of majority needed for removing these kinds of elements from office.

Actually these things depends upon the process adopted by a particular company, every company can design or have their own rules and regulations for such
things. It also depends on the level of the employee (the position of the employee in the company). Like a higher managerial level employee if needed can be
removed by his boss or their could be a combined decision/voting of the board of directors of the company. If the employee is of little lower level than mostly his
boss has the power to fire him, though other systems could also be there in such situations for removing an employee. It all depends on the particular company.
If you have a problem with an employee you can complain to management or your immediate boss about him. They will take appropriate action accordingly.
