    What legal actions are taken for an employee creating a wrong image of another employee?

    Rumours are part of professional like but not on stake of a girl’s image. One of my female co-employee although is a female but doesn’t think about anybody’s image in public and throws unlimited wrong statements in front of others. What to do to teach a lesson?

    hi
    this is a real bad behaviour from that female employer and she definitely needs a lesson to be taught. therefore you should plan out something that she stops passing on such comments to the other employees.
    you should collectively with the help of some other collegeous should pass on some comments to her and when she gets frustrated with that, then you should tell her the reality that you should not pass any comments to anyone

    hiii,
    well that is her own life if you know that she is throwing a wrong statements then you should not be afraid of her. as it is said "rumours grow if you react". stop reacting , as you very well know that statement she is saying is really wrong. your friends (close) must be knowing you very well so there is no need to give any explanation. you should just concentrate on your work rather than involving in g-talks. and for teaching a lesson i must say that it is not your job to change anyone's nature. you should concentrate on your life.
    dont be worried about the image as your image is made by your work and way of talking, representing yourself and nature. so if you are good then no doubt no one will consider you wrong no matter whatever she says. so just relax and focus on your career and friends that make your life worth it and meaningful

    Dear Aspirant,

    It is not a good behaviour of your colleague.In fact she is not supposed to say anything unfair against any employee before others.In order to stop this nonsense,the employee before whom she use to crticise others should ask not to tell any words against any one un-necessarily.In this case she should be asked to tell right or wrong before the concerned employee so that she can get rid of her grievances.

    Secondly no one should care of her words,because she has got habit of criticising others before others.Thirdly,you all should sit together once & discuss about her behavour.Let all of you disclose what she has told against you all before you one by one.

    In the above situation,she will be set aside & fell alone in herself.It will make her to realise her bad nature & may amend in it.
