    What legal actions against misbehaviour in office?

    I work in a automobile company. Although I am not working as a sales representative but our sales team is too against for each other. Last week it became worse when two of our sales representative fought each in anger but our employer didnít take any action. What legal actions we as an employee can take against this?

    Dear sales representative. . .legally you have no rights to take action on them. . .you may take this matter to your higher authority in your office. . .as such you can not move legally like launching complaint to police officer. . . .anyhow try to solve the problem in a smooth manner. . .

    Dear Aspirant,

    In order to maintain good descipline in the office,a notice can be placed on the notice board stating that it is seen now a days that descipline is not being maitained in the premises of the office by some of our company associted persons.It creates a bad message among our neighbours & public.On dd/mm/year.two of our slaes representatives were found quarreling which disturbed the good working environment of the company & sent a bad message among the neighbours.

    If such thigs found in the premises of the company, the desciplinary action will be taken against the assiciated persons.

    The above notice must be acknowledged by all the concerned of the company.

    Dear Friend!

    You have no rights to take a legal actions against anybody of office to misbehaviour. You are Sales Representative of that company and you have a senior for your take care. if anybody do misbehave with you can complaint against to your senior if your senior is also involve for that, you need to contact with company' HR or higher concern department. They will take actions against him if he/she do again with you.

    I think your employer is too good that he did not take action when you the both sale representative were engaged in fighting mood.

    You see and think.what type of action your employer can take,at the moment of fighting mood he can call police for to stop fighting as a disciplinary measure.but he did not take,though you misbehaved with employer you should not do this in front of high official/employer.

    As he did not take legal action that's the reason you are absconding your employer.try to do work unitedly/polietly/peacefullly you see with this formula all evils will come to an end.

    Dear friend

    This is very bad that employee of your company fight ..this is not good for the working environment as well as the growth of the company..

    The employer can take strict actions against the employees which breaks the disciplinary codes of the company..


    He can give then warning notice and if continues again then he can terminate the employee found guilty..

    So you should maintain the decorum of the company.

    Dear sir,
    as an employee yourself, you have to go by the books at first place.

    secondly, every company has a decorum and some rules inside it.
    do not have an opinion that senior has not taken any action if you are not confirmed.

    BUT if you are sure and you want this not to be repeated, you can approach the higher authorities in this matter.
    moreover, you can suggest soft decisions like putting up a notice of not doing this again, asking both parties to compromise.

    As a colleague , you can also make sure that both of them do not intervene in each other's work and
    the discipline is maintained.

    First, go by the company rules.
    then approach the higher authorities.
    Discuss it with your colleagues before taking any legal actions

    Dear..

    First of all understand that sales today is a field where a person has to suffer a mental trauma due to the pressure from seniors to improve the sales of the company so that fight can be a result of that pressure also. Now coming to your question you can not take any legal action against them as you are not authorized for that and you also do not have the essential power needed to do that instead of that you should produce that matter to seniors and tell that these kinda fight can harm others performance too and it is also not in favor of the image of our company.

    One more thing you can do is that you can talk to those two sales person and tell them that their fight can ruin companies image. Please do this thing with great calmness and coolness otherwise you can also be in proble.

    As an employee of the company, you have no right to take any kind of legal action against the other employees of the sales team. The only thing you can do is report the matter to the head your sales team. If he doesn't take any action, then you must forward the matter to the higher authorities of the company and request them in order to maintain the peace in the company, it's necessary to take the action. Even you must tell both the employees to be calm and follow the guidelines of the company. Try to create co-ordination between both the employees.
