Every year the BSNL has offering the applications for eligible candidates. And also the BSNL has announced the notifications in the months of February or march and exam will be conducted in april or may month. Now if you interested to applying for JTO exam and then you can apply, but you must to qualify the following required requirements like educational qualifications and age limit and also see selection procedure for selecting the JTO post.........all the best
