    What do we mean by employment agreement?

    I am doing my B.Com and we have to do project for final semester. I have been given a topic on employment agreement in a company. Can anybody help me in preparing employment agreement for the companies?

    Employment agreement is also reffered as a employment contract.they also often excuted for specified period for time.
    It is the Covenant estiblished between employee & employer.

    Document of Employment agreement covers such as aspect of term of agreement,date of hire,general responsibility of employee and commitment of employer to new hire.

    An employment agreement is a
    document normally covers all relevant aspects of the terms of employment, It is a contract between employee and the employer documented and has all the legal terms that you have to follow and that company expect you to do. It also state all the benefits that you should get in return of your servings.

    If you want to prepare a employment agreement than you should think from a companies aspect as well as employee aspect and after that prepare an effective agreement document. You have to also state all the things in that document as once a document is complete then there should be no scope of changes so prepare with great concentration.

    Hi,

    I would like to tell you that Employment Agreement is nothing but its just an agreement which is done between an employer and employee. This agreement contains the rules and regulations, rights and obligations, which would be applicable on an employee and employer once he/she will join the organization.

    Agreement contains about the confidentiality, security etc which should be followed by employee. It also contains about the employee's compensation, Employee's Role, expense reimbursement,benefits,leaves etc.

    employment agreement is nothing but the agreemnt between the company and the organisation regard rights,obligations,benefits,confidentials etc..
    it also includes the term of period and quality of work you provide do it compny.its generally an agreement btwn employer and compny and any allegations to the above refence will be taken actions as per signed by the employee.
