discharge is used for those thing which can be recharged but dismissal used for those thing whose life role is over n can't be come back or used again..as for the eg we usually say" my mobile is discharged now"then it means we can recharge it to reuse but when we say "it is dismissed"" then it can't be reused.

Discharged:It means that you have been fired or sacked from the Job.
It also means that you have been terminated from the Jobs

Dismissal and Discharge means the same

If you are discharged or dismissed fom the company, you will not be entiltled from any benefits from the company and also you will never be hired by that company
This is done if you have done something not as per the rules and regulations of the company or committed fraaud, or long absentism from work without informing etc

    Hi friend,

There is a lot more difference between Discharge and Dismissal.

    Here is the difference:-

    DISCHARGE:-

Discharge is nothing but separation of an employee on mutual understanding between employee and employer which is in line the procedures of the organization.

    DISMISSAL:-

Dismissal in nothing but temporary removal of the person from the organization as a punishment for his doing which can be also called as a employee sacked from his job for doing something uneven.

Hope i have helped you in getting relevant information.

    All the best

    Thanking you....

Discharge and dismissal are same thing .

It means that the person is terminated from his post or it is the end of association between the employer and the employee.

These terms can be used interchangeably or any one of them can be used ,depending upon the fitness of the word in the sentence formation.

    Dear Friend,

    Difference Between Dismissal & Discharge

Dismissal::It refers to the term when an employee is punished / terminate from role of conduct of its duties due to misconduct/Act against rule .HE/SHE has to give answer to that notice. It a temporary punishment fro some days.

Discharge::It refers to the permanent removal of the employee from the job / Company.Company did'nt want any excuse or explanation against the files complained against him/her.Employee should be terminated from the roles of the company.

As you can see both are somewhat sounds same but actually it differ in brief meanings. The Employee should be advice to be disciplined and not to deal with these terms.

I Hope the information provided is useful to you .In case of any queries , kindly feel free to post again. We are happy to help you
