    What do we mean by back door entry in the companies? Are they really reliable?

    Some of my friends have got job in a company through back door. They pay money to one of the employee and get into it. What do we exactly mean by this back door entry? Is it really reliable to get job like this? Will it have any effect on the career of the employees?

    Back door entry is a process of entering into a company without any selection process. It is obtained by making some relationship with some of the top most employee of a company. It can be obtained in the following ways

    1. By reference from any of the employee working in a company who has a decision making power.
    2. By giving some money to the employee of the company.
    3. By recommendation from a top and influential member of the society

    This type of practice cannot help you longer. After entering through back door and not working properly the employer will throw you away after some time.

    BACK DOOR Entry is the entry into the organization without any recruitment process..Generally it happens if you have relatives in a company..

    Several other ways are there foe the BACK DOOR ENTRY..

    -=-Approach to a higher authority in the company..
    -=-By giving money for the selection or through consultancy..

    YOu should get your job through the back door entry ..as you are on the hit list when there is a job cut in the recession period so your job is no safe..

    Try to get the job based on your skills not on anyone's approach..

    Back Door Jobs are the jobs who got job in an company with reference from high level employe who have powers to

    recruit an employe by presenting gifts like Money ,Costly things,and he is well known to them .It has an effect that the Back

    door recruited employees are kept at bench means not allocating any projects, after six months of their recruitment they are

    thrown out from the company by showing your lack of talent in the corresponding work and these people have effect at the

    time of software crisis and other serious problems in the company,like SATYAM COMPUTERS.

    So go and learn any of the Software are any course thoroughly and then get the job genuinely for to do not face any

    problems in your future.ALL THE BEST FOR FUTURE.

    Hey friend..

    Back door entry means getting direct job in the company without any proper process of employee selection i.e, Written
    test,Interview,etc.It is generally possible if any person in the relationship or a good friend is already employed in the company and he recommends the name of the person who wants back door entry.The managers many a times accept the name and give employment to the recommended person.

    Back door entry can work many a times suppose in case you are not getting any good job,etc.But in case of back door entry selection,the employee need to work really hard and show the employer that he is capable of doing the job well and his decision is right.

    In case the performance is not up to the mark,the employer may fire the employee from the job.
    So,this practice doesn't work everytime and is less secure than selection through proper process.

    Dear..

    Back door entry is a entry into the organization without going through the interview and skill test. These is done at the time of acute emergency where a company need a employee on urgent basis and for that they tell the recruiting company to recruit the people fastly and recruiting agency takes full advantage of this opportunity and recruit the candidate after demanding some money from them.

    It is also possible when a company re-select a candidate or company tell his employee to refer their relative to get into the company through back door entry. The entrance is easy in the company through the back door entry but once a person gets the job he has to perform well otherwise he will be fired and this can also ruin the image the person who referred him for the job.
