    What to do if a team member is not cooperating with me?

    I am working in a private software company. I am facing a problem in my profession. One of my team member does not cooperates with me since he is jealous of me because our team leader praises me more. This non-cooperativeness has resulted into many problems in my work. How to deal with this situation?

    If any of the tem member is not working according to you, then you should go and talk to him firmly and ask him the problem very gently that where the problem is taking place, why he is not able to cope up with the team.
    You should first get the reason and then you should try to fix that problem, and then eventually everything will be alright

    You can ask the your team member problem, why don't cooperating with me.

    If you are getting problem due to this and your work is getting affected and delayed then you must discuss this matter with your lead and discuss your concerns.
