    What to do if employees are not accomplishing work on time?

    I have newly been appointed as the boss in a private company’s one of the branch in West Bengal. Recently it has come to my notice that few employees are not punctual at their work and not accomplishing their tasks on time. What steps should be taken against them?

    Hi,

    First of all analyse the root cause of the issue.... after getting the correct cause...discuss the issue with each employees separately...
    Ask them to change theirselves in future with immediate effect or else you have to take corrective action...

    If then also they does not change, suffule the job and try...
    In case the same is also not heppening, then issue them show cause notice...

    Hope this will solve all your issue...
    The importance of finishing the job in time needs to be analysed with them so that they understand the value of time...

    hello,
    first you are advised to announce a meeting regarding this issue.discuss the various problems and the affects regarding the issue and ask what are the suggestions to be made and what is the time limit should be kept and whether they are able to complete the work in that specified time with the expected output.
    ask them what is their problem and if their is any problem from your side and from management.
    if they are so say them that you will forward their problems to the higher authorities.
    and you guide them in a good way about to get success.

    If some employees are there who are not completing their work and tasks on time then you must warn them at once but before that you should call them all to your office and ask them reason that why they are unable to complete work and if they ask for help or any other facility in the office premises then you must help them out and provide facilities as much as possible but even after they are unable to complete work on time and provide result after expiration of the date then you must warn them and instruct them seriously and also tell that if they failed again in completing work on time then they will have to face deduction in the salary and incentives and this will not be accepted by you so before loosing amount of the salary, you need to give the result and work on time or before the time and accuracy should be 100% in the work then only we will accept your work and if you do not want to work then you may easily leave the job

    Well dear it is very bad when employees in any organisation does not give theis 100 percent.it is bad for the organisation growth.
    I will suggest you to talk with the employees and know why they are not working properly.solve their problem.
    Also tell them the responsibily of work for them.if it does not influence them then you should warn them for that.
