    What to do if boss does partiality with some employees?

    I am a Senior employee in a private company. I have noticed that my boss is doing partiality between me and my co-worker and gives her greater importance and facilities like easy sanction of leave,early departure from office,etc. What can I do against this injustice? What should I do to create better impression in the mind of my boss?

    hello friend.It is not judicial way of treating the employees by same activities.You should wait for right time to explain all matter.You should not bring this type's thoughts in your mind.You should always concentrate on work nor on the the activities of bosses or employees and you should try to ignore these activities.When you will achieve your target or get and excellence award for good working then you will be able to asked the whole matter of treating a female employees better than you.If you will ask the reason from boss to do so then it will show a negative result so you should wait for right time.all the best

    Dear senior employee I have read your statement you have explained your boss is doing partiality toward some employees in respect of leave sanctioning as well as allowing early leaving of office ie before duty hours.These irregularities/partiality disturbing you now you are thinking how you will satisfy you to be the nearer one.

    1.To overcome situation you never go against the boss.

    2.You do work in a pvt company so you can not go against the boss all of a sudden.

    3.As far as possible you show your loyality to him.

    4.Whenever some of the employee will ready to leave the office before office hour you too ask the boos to release you earlier as you have the urgent domestic work.In such a situation your boss must not ignore you as you are not against him you show loyality to him.

    5.Gradually you always try to close your boss,and like the privileged employ you will create pressure to sanction leave then he can not ignore you as always you carry your boss order then all of a sudden he can not change his views.

    As there is no way to fight against the boss then you are to oil your boss to get privilege.

    Hi friend

    I think your boss should judge you on the basis of your performance and hard work rather than showing bias towards those employees who flatter him or say good about him. Your boss should try to use his power in a proper way to help his employees whenever they need it and not to misuse it in this kind of way by being partial towards a selective group of employees. He should be mature enough to realise this.

    Now as for your co-worker getiing better treatment than you from your boss could be because she has better relations with your boss than you and always remains in his good books. Or maybe your boss knows her personally and that's why is giving her such favours. Or maybe you have irked your boss in some way or the other and thats why he is behaving in such a partial manner with you and favouring her over you.

    Of course you should not withstand such injustice and see to it that your boss treats you properly and with proper respect. For that you should ensure that if your boss has any problem with you, then you should solve it amicably and also ask for forgiveness if you are wrong. Then always respect your boss and patiently listen to what he tells you. Always follw his orders and make it a point not to disrespect him or disobey his orders. If you don't agree with him then you can put your point forward politely but never be arrogant or show attitude to him otherwise he will be really pissed of.

    So friend always maintain good relations with your boss and try to remain in his good books. Always remeber that you can succeed in this company only if you please your boss as he is the one who can take you higher. And apart from that work with full dedication and keep up your level of performance. Work hard and put in your whole heart in your work. I hope you understand my point and then I am sure your boss will definitely be more lenient towards you.

    It is the Ethics of Business
    I think you should take this matter to Bosses Boss or to the HR department
    Let them know how it is effecting your work, Don't leave out any thing or Don't emphasis anything. Be truthful and honest
    You should do your work honestly
    sometimes you should not care about this matter and you should not take personally and don't spoil your work.
    Sometime think that your boss is giving partiality to get good result form them
    If this matter continues you should complaint to HR department.

    What can you do ---->
    * write a complain letter reporting to HR department.
    * letter must have a evidence to state.
    * if you have any other employee stating such complain must mentioned his name.
    * Thus you have to wait for the action taken by department.
    * You must have a subject matter where you got injustice.
    * As you may be called and asked

    It is common to be soft corner for female employee.But it does not mean that you should be debarred with your facilities of the provisions for a job.If you feel injustice by your boss,you must see to talk to your boss.See what he says.If you notice some angriness against you,try to get it clear.Try to be in positive attitude with the openion of your boss.If you are not agree with some matter,you have to place this matter logically before your boss.You must try to be faithfull for your boss.

    Despite of your above efforts,if you don't see your boss positive for you,you can discuss your matter with the manager HR with some more negative points of your boss.But you must have confident of your information regarding the negative points of your boss.

    I can understand your point.From what details you have mentioned I am assuming that your are a male,and your co-worker is a female.It may sound bad,but unfortunately since this co-worker is a female that is why she is been given some extra facilities or advantages.You cant help it in any way.You just give it a thought, can you do anything about this sort of behaviour of your boss?The answer is no.The only thing that you can do is to take a leap and attract his attention with your good performance.This is the only solution where you can expect your boss to be reasonable with you in the same way like that of your co-worker.

    @ you will be honestly on work

    @the HR will be taken care about that issue

    this is office politics its better for you to stay away from this is very common boss prefers some employee who is junior to you... you cannot stop this.. you should always ask for your rights and your rightful share in every aspect in office.. you cannot stop this partiality of your boss... its very common from our childhood itself i sure you have noticed it a teacher has some liking towards an individual even if the student who is wrong at his activity,the teacher pardons the students its very common.. its better you do the best and come up in your career...
    sir, if you don't have recognition towards your work at work, why don't you explore job openings based upon your seniority and work experience it would be better and you could even stay away from all these partiality.. don't stick on to same organisation, change is for life and development.... i hope you got my point clearly and my inner meaning to you which i want to convey you.... thank you sir, i hope you all the best....
